Q. Is it just yard design or can you help me with a complete outdoor renovation?
A. With our fantastic, all-online design process homeowners all across the country can receive the help of our talented design experts to completely revamp their outdoor spaces. We can design beautiful lush gardens and tree lines as well as update the outside of your home by adding hardscaping, creating functional spaces (kitchens, pergolas, playspaces), a new paint job, new textures on your walls, patios, decks, porches, driveways, pools, walkways, and more!

Q. How does the process work?
A. After purchasing one of our design packages, you’ll be able to access your Customer Portal to upload photos and videos, and inspiration images for the area you’d like us to work on. Then, you will schedule your phone consultation with one of our design experts, where you’ll answer a couple of questions about your preferences, your style, and how you’d like to use your yard. With all of this information, we'll get a good sense of exactly what you're visualizing for your yard and we’ll get to work creating the perfect design for you! In 15-21 business days, you’ll receive your first draft of photorealistic renders and your Project Manager will be ready to receive your feedback and answer any and all questions you may have.

Q. What happens after I receive my design through ShrubHub?
A. We can either refer you to one of your local contractors in our trusted network, you can hire your own contractor, or you can build the design yourself to save even more money. You’re not obligated to use one of our trusted contractors and either way, the thousands you’ll save on our designs will help you find and hire the best installation team for your project.
